project details

A documentary short film about women domestic workers who were one of the most impacted communities during the Covid19 pandemic. The film was produced in collaboration with the Martha Farrell Foundation which works towards a gender-just society by empowering women from marginal communities. Through the process of filmmaking, we explore the social interventions and follows the journey of these informal domestic workers, towards self reliance and entrepreneurship. The film has been the Official Selection for the tve Global Sustainability Film Awards 2022 under the category "Transforming Society Short Film Award".
